Terms of Service

You must be at least 18 years old and authorised to act for the business you register. You may only connect a Facebook Page or Instagram account that you own or are permitted to administer.

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account details, for the security of your credentials, and for all activity in your workspace. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorisation.

The Service uses AI models to draft replies on your behalf. Those replies are generated automatically and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for a given conversation. You are responsible for the messages sent from your Page, including any commitment, price, discount, or representation the assistant makes to your customers.

We recommend reviewing the assistant's configuration and monitoring conversations, particularly when you first connect a Page. You can take over any conversation manually at any time.

You keep ownership of your product catalog, conversations, and other content you provide or that flows through your connected Pages. You grant us the licence needed to host and process that content in order to operate the Service for you.

You are responsible for having a lawful basis to process the personal data of people who message your Page, and for telling them how their data is used. Our handling of that data is described in our Privacy Policy.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Send spam, bulk unsolicited messages, or anything violating Meta's platform policies.
• Sell or promote illegal goods or services, or mislead customers about what you offer.
• Impersonate another business or person.
• Attempt to access another customer's workspace or data.
• Reverse engineer, resell, or overload the Service.

Your use must also comply with Meta's Platform Terms and Messenger policies. Breach of those may cause Meta to disable messaging for your Page, which is outside our control.

The Service depends on Meta's APIs and on third-party AI and infrastructure providers. Changes, outages, or policy decisions by those parties may interrupt or limit the Service. We are not responsible for their acts or omissions.

Paid plans are billed in advance for the period shown at checkout. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We will give reasonable notice before changing prices, and you may cancel before the change takes effect.

You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these terms, if required by a platform we depend on, or if your use puts the Service or other customers at risk. On termination, data is deleted as described in our data deletion instructions.

The Service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that AI-generated replies will be accurate.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue, goodwill, or data. Our total liability arising out of these terms is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.

We may update these terms as the Service develops. We will post the revised version here with a new date and, for material changes, give notice in the product or by email. Continuing to use the Service after a change takes effect means you accept it.
